Loved the old one, cant stand the new!

I dont know why all these companies think that everybody needs to sync to THEIR servers and therefore has to open an "account" with them. They should have given the option of sync with your computer, that would make more sense.
I will never use a program where all my sensitive info is stored in cyberspace and because of the fact that one doesnt even have the option of not opening one of those accounts thus using it the old fashion way leaves it at one star, just because I believe that the basis of the program remained as good as it was in the old one.
